Missing Your Order? - CHAR BEAUTE BAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes, shipping addresses cannot be updated once the tracking has been assigned.

We suggest following the next steps:

1. Call postal services to inquire about the whereabouts of your package with the tracking number that has been issued to you.

2. File Claim with postal server

3. File police report

4. Wait for investigation results.

RETURNED TO SENDER - We require signature on all orders. Once tracking is issued It is your responsibility to be available to retrieve your mail and/or make accommodations via postal services (release signature, hold at location, ship to alternate address) If and when it arrives back to us we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
If we have to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges available

ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 RE-SHIPPING FEE.

Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
