Shipping + Handling Policy

Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery within 2 weeks. Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order. To avoid the wait times we suggest that you email us with permission to ship items separately.

All IN STOCK orders leave our facility in 1-5 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been process and shipped.

If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.

Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.
